In reaction to the lack of women participating in football within her community, Philippa created Brockham Blaze FC, a ladies' football community and team dedicated to empowering women, especially mums, to get onto the pitch. Her vision was simple: to inspire women to play, feel empowered, and experience the many positive benefits that football can bring – from physical fitness to personal confidence and self-esteem.

Philippa also designed a distinctive logo and football kit that reflects the strength, resilience, and trailblazing spirit of the women who proudly belong to the club. Brockham Blaze FC has become a vibrant, supportive community where women can come together, break down barriers, and embrace the power of sport. Through her leadership, Philippa has created a platform where women can rediscover their passion for team sports and realise their full potential both on and off the field.
